Here you can read what information we collect when you use gekasan.dk, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

2. What information do we collect?

3. What do we use the information for?

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, help you with an order. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns a purchase, the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Technical log data is processed based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your information and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

4. How long do we keep the information?

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, and are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact with you. Information included in our accounts is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

5. Who do we share the information with?

We use partners who process information on our behalf:

  • Curanet A/S Curanet A/S – website and email hosting
  • Google Google – the map on the contact page (Google Maps), which is only shown if you have given consent

Gekasan is purchased in the webshop at hellethorup.dk, which has its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

gekasan.dk uses the cookies needed for the site to work, such as remembering your language and cookie choices. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps, which sets its own cookies. The map is therefore only shown once you have given consent in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the link at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the information we hold about you
  • have incorrect information corrected
  • have your information deleted
  • restrict the processing
  • object to the processing
  • receive your information in a common machine-readable format
